Responsibilities:
- Retail Merchandise Management: Oversee all aspects of our retail inventory, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Website Updates: Regularly update and maintain our company website, ensuring accurate product information and engaging content.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Personal Assistant: Act as a personal assistant to the Director of Marketing and management team, providing support in daily tasks and ensuring their schedules are well-organized
- Online Order Fulfillment: Oversee the processing of online orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Research Skills: Ability to search information, analyze data, and compile relevant results to share with the team.
- Office Organization: Ensure the office is tidy and well-organized & stocked with essentials.
- Experience: Previous experience in office management, administrative support, or retail merchandising is preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace, updating websites and basic knowledge of content management systems is an advantage.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive and resourceful mindset to address challenges and find solutions.
- Research Abilities: Demonstrated capability to conduct thorough research, analyze data, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Event Management: Experience or interest in coordinating and organizing events is a plus.
