INSTRUCTIONS Rim Collins glass with salt (use wedge of lime to rub juice on rim & then dip in bowl of kosher salt); remove salt from inside of glass. Add vodka to glass & pack glass with ice; top with fresh squeezed grapefruit juice. Garnish with lime twist. Enjoy!
