Zen de la Creme Tiramisu

• ½ cup whipping cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 8 oz softened cream cheese
• ½ cup powdered sugar
• 3 oz Zen de la Creme liqueur
• 1 cup of strong coffee, cooled
• 1 package of ladyfingers

Cocoa powder or a grated chocolate bar
In a mixing bowl combine whipping cream, vanilla, and salt. Beat until stiff peaks. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, cream powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Mix in 2 oz of the Zen. Fold in whipped cream.

To assemble, pour cooled coffee and the last 1 oz of Zen into a shallow bowl or dish. Spoon or pipe filling into 2 rock glasses till ¾ full. Dip 2-3 ladyfingers cookies into coffee mixture. Arrange cookies standing and press into the filling along glass wall.

Repeat with second glass. Dust with cocoa powder or grate chocolate over the top.

Optional: Can be served with extra whipped cream. Makes enough for 2 servings. ​
