This limited Heritage Collection pays tribute to the bold, handcrafted bourbons of the pre-prohibition era. Bottled in vintage-style pint bottles, it reflects a time when whiskey was made with intention and integrity. The importance of these pre-1920 bottles lies in the insight they offer into a unique time in American history & culture. Rooted in Denny Bar Co.’s 1880s origins, this collection honors the enduring spirit of American distilling. Each pour is a nod to our past & a celebration of the craft that still drives us today.

AMBER BOTTLE RELEASE 1 Denny Bar Co. Tasting Room | Beginning @ 11am BOTTLES RELEASED | 880 AGE | 6 years PROOF | 100 TASTING NOTES
"Straight" vs. "Bourbon" While all straight bourbon is bourbon, not all bourbon is straight bourbon. Bourbon doesn't have a minimum aging requirement, but straight bourbon does. The most crucial aspect of straight bourbon is its minimum two-year aging in new, charred oak barrels. If aged less than four years, the label must include an age statement indicating the youngest whiskey in the bottle. |
